The scorching hot weeks of this summer passed busily without a director for RDRLA staff. At the end of August a new Director assumed the management of the project and a woman’s hand became noticeable at once: As a first result – air conditioners were installed and after 2 hot summers RDRL predicts cool a summer for the next year. A/c-s were installed by handicraftsmen from Kutaisi. Here is how the installation process went:
